Vegan and gluten-free options are also available, so that there's something for everyone to enjoy.

The Owners
We are Judy and Ruben. Both from New York, we moved to Asheville in ’98 to escape the brutal winters and busy lifestyle. As it turns out, the move went smashingly, but getting away from our busy lifestyle… not so much!
Since 2002 we have managed to open 4 busy bakery cafés! We sincerely hope whether you're vegan or omnivore, local or tourist, you'll find something delightful at Well-Bred Bakery & Café.
